Sub-Genre: Action Thriller

Setting: London

Intended Target Audience: Anyone who likes thrillers, this is commonly from age 15+

Idea: A skilled hacker who got caught hacking into classified documents got forced to work for the government, hacking into other countries, or rival organisations information. Going against his morals of freedom of information, he had to work for the government or risk going to jail for life with no access to the outside world at all. He then hacks his way out and is now on the run from the government, and looking to expose what they have made him do, but to do this he needs to reach his old friend who will have the equipment needed to hack and expose their operation.

Trailer:

• Build up the hackers character traits and background story of getting caught
• Insight into what he does now for the government
• Action and peaks – him escaping, on the run, action scenes, captions

Intended Target Audience: Young Adults

Idea: My idea is about a man who is sent to protect a girl whose life is in danger. He doesn’t tell the girl who he is until they are attacked. They then become targets but decide to fight back. The trailer will start off of the two meeting for the first time. Next few shots would be of the man training. We then see the girl about to be kidnapped but the man saves her and they drive off. When hiding the two bond with the same idea of revenge and train together. 

Trailer:

• Man meets girl at a party/club and introduces himself
• Man is shown to be training (jogging, gym)
• Man is with the girl at a restaurant and leaves her to take a phone call
• A group of men invade the place to kidnap the girl
• The man attacks the other men and drives off with a girl

Sub-Genre: Conspiracy/Political

Intended Target Audience: 18-25

Setting: Wall Street

Idea: Two male lawyers go head to head in a law suit where there is more than meets the eye. Both men are involved in a conspiracy and both are heading for glory. With senior partners in each of their firms use them as way to hide the conspiracy of laundering money. The men realise they have more in common then they think and decide to team up and attempt to foil the partners plans.
